Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information about visitors to rxreport.com and customers of the RxReport platform.
1. Overview
RxReport (“RxReport,” “we,” “us”) provides Medicaid formulary intelligence to pharmacy customers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect from visitors to our website and users of our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover data processed on behalf of a customer under a separate Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Addendum — those agreements govern that data.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information (name, work email, pharmacy name, role)
- Billing information processed by our payment provider
- Messages and support requests you send us
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, IP address, and approximate location
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and actions taken on the site
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication and analytics
Information from third parties
We may receive information from identity providers you use to sign in, from our payment processor, and from analytics or error-monitoring services that help us operate the product.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the RxReport platform
- To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to support requests and send service announcements
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train third-party machine learning models.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, and error monitoring, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RxReport, our customers, or others.
- Corporate events — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
5. Data retention
We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations. Customers can request deletion of their account data by emailing us.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and loss. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; see our Security page for details on our program.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@rxreport.com. We will verify your request before acting and respond within the period required by applicable law.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how the site works.
9. International transfers
RxReport is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Children
RxReport is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and adjust the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to customers by email or through the product.
