Everything you need
One dashboard for the entire formulary workflow
Stop stitching CSVs, PDFs, and registry tabs together. RxReport is the single pane of glass your pharmacy team actually opens.
Daily formulary diffs
Every morning we pull the latest NY Medicaid CSV, compare it to yesterday's by NDC, and surface every add, remove, and reimbursement change.
Full FDA drug catalog
A monthly drug-catalog refresh keeps a live mirror of every NDC in production — manufacturer, package, legend status, DEA class, lot expiry, lifecycle.
Local NPPES mirror
12.4 million NPI records mirrored from CMS — including monthly deactivations and side files. Sub-100ms search by name, taxonomy, or city.
Aberrant product alerts
Drop in the state's aberrant PDF — RxReport extracts every NDC, deduplicates across effective dates, and exports a one-click updater for your dispensing software.
FECA exclusion screening
Weekly sync of the DOL OWCP FECA "will deny" NDC list — flagged on every drug-database row so federal-employee claims never slip through.
Therapeutic equivalents
One-click lookup returns every NDC sharing the same FDA-rated product — A-rated substitutables and same-form alternatives, side by side.
Automated PDF reports
A formatted PDF of each day's diff is generated, attached, and emailed at the time you choose. Resend-backed delivery with full event history.
Live system health
An admin dashboard with a 100-row activity feed merges every fetch, import, login, and email so you know exactly when, why, and by whom.
Multi-tenant ready
One login, every pharmacy. Switch tenants from the header. Each NPI carries its own members, roles, and audit trail.
Audit-ready archive
Every CSV, every diff, every PDF retained and downloadable. The cross-source enrichment makes every dispute reviewable in one screen.
How it works
Three steps. Zero manual work.
RxReport runs in the background so your team can focus on patients, not spreadsheets.
We pull every source
NY Medicaid daily, the drug catalog monthly, NPPES monthly + deactivations, FECA weekly. The state aberrant PDF lands as soon as you upload it.
We diff and cross-reference
Every NDC is matched across formulary, drug catalog, FECA exclusions, and aberrant lists — so one record tells you everything that changed.
You get the briefing
A formatted PDF lands in your inbox at the time you set, with a deep link into the dashboard for the rows you need to action today.
The difference
Built by people who actually run pharmacies.
Most formulary tools are glorified CSV viewers — and the lookup tools are stuck in 2008. RxReport gives you one workflow that understands what a pharmacist needs on a Tuesday morning, and delivers exactly that.
NDC is the join key, everywhere
Formulary status, FDA catalog data, FECA exclusions, aberrant flags — they all live on the same NDC row. No tab juggling, no spreadsheet stitching.
Your cadence, your rules
Pick the delivery time. Pick the recipients. Toggle each cron from settings. Manual triggers stay live so you can rerun anything on demand.
Real artifacts, not screenshots
Every CSV, every PDF, every import run is archived and downloadable. The aberrant tab even ships a one-click installer that pushes new NDCs straight into your dispensing software.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything we hear on day one. If we missed yours, email us — a real human will respond.
We track the New York State Medicaid fee-for-service formulary daily. The FDA drug catalog, the NPPES provider registry, and the FECA "will deny" list are nationwide. Additional state Medicaid formularies are on the roadmap — tell us which one you need and we'll prioritise it.
Every row is keyed by NDC. We classify each NDC as Added (only in the new file), Removed (only in the old file), or Modified (in both, but a tracked field changed). The effective-date field is ignored by default but is configurable.
Each month we refresh a complete NDC catalog — manufacturer, package size, legend status, DEA class, brand/generic, lifecycle dates, and FDA therapeutic-equivalence codes — and upsert every product into RxReport. You search 217,000+ NDCs instead of pinging the FDA site one at a time.
We mirror the entire CMS NPPES file locally — 12.4M individual + organization NPIs — plus the monthly deactivation list and the three side files (other names, secondary practice locations, endpoints). Search is sub-100ms even on partial-name + city + taxonomy filters that time out on the public site.
We sync the DOL OWCP "List of National Drug Codes That Will Deny" weekly. Every NDC in your drug catalog and every formulary diff row is tagged with its FECA status, so federal-employee compensation claims with a denied product never make it to dispense.
Drop in the state's aberrant-product PDF and RxReport extracts every NDC, deduplicates across effective dates, and gives you a self-contained installer that pushes the new flags into your dispensing software — no SQL Server admin required.
No. RxReport is a web dashboard — log in with your email. The daily report is emailed to you automatically; every CSV, PDF, and import artifact is downloadable from the dashboard. The aberrant .bat is the one optional thing, and it runs on the pharmacy workstation, not your server.
Multi-pharmacy admin and team management ship with the Pharmacy tier (coming soon). When it lands, you'll invite team members, assign roles (Admin, User, Pharmacy), and switch tenants from the header. The first pharmacy is included in the base price; each additional pharmacy is +$99/mo. More than 5 pharmacies? Talk to us about custom pricing.
Sessions use JWT in httpOnly cookies with strict SameSite policies, login is rate-limited per email + IP, optional sign-in notifications + failed-login burst alerts ship to admins, and every tenant is isolated. We never share or sell data, and we only store the minimum needed to run the product.
Three tiers, each a superset of the last. Formulary ($149/mo) covers a single state's daily diff plus NPPES + FECA. Drug Database ($299/mo) adds the full FDA NDC catalog, therapeutic equivalents, and aberrant product tracking. Pharmacy ($459/mo, coming soon) adds multi-pharmacy admin, team management, and the system-health activity feed — first pharmacy included; +$99/mo per additional pharmacy (>5 = custom pricing). Per-state pricing applies to every tier — $39/mo per additional state. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
A coming-soon add-on that's stackable on any tier — or buy it solo with no base subscription. $399/mo for the first pharmacy and +$199/mo for each additional pharmacy. Independent of per-state Medicaid licensing. Email hello@rxreport.com to be notified when it ships.
