Careers
Build the tools independent pharmacies actually rely on.
Small team, real customers, meaningful problems. If you want to ship software that shows up in a pharmacist's morning routine, we'd like to meet you.
What we're about
RxReport exists because the information independent pharmacies need to survive — formulary changes, reimbursement shifts, aberrant products — is public but effectively unusable without good tooling. We're building that tooling. Our customers are pharmacists, not procurement committees, which means the feedback loop is short and the bar for usefulness is high.
How we work
- Small and senior. Everyone on the team owns outcomes end to end — product, code, customer conversations.
- Remote, with intent. We default to async and written, and meet in person a few times a year.
- Taste matters. We sweat the details on UX, performance, and correctness. Pharmacies don't have time for clunky software.
- Customer-adjacent. Engineers talk to pharmacists. You'll see your work change how a store operates.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary benchmarked to top-of-market for the role
- Meaningful equity — we're early and you should own part of it
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible time off and a real expectation that you take it
- Home-office setup budget and a quality laptop
Open roles
We don't have roles posted right now, but we're always open to hearing from strong engineers, designers, and pharmacy operators who think they could help. Email careers@rxreport.com with a note and whatever you'd like us to see — code, a project, a résumé. No form.
How we hire
- Intro call — 30 minutes, we learn about each other and what you're looking for.
- Work sample — a paid, short, realistic project, or a review of something you've already built.
- Team conversations — deep dives with the people you'd actually work with.
- Offer — we move quickly once we're aligned.
